Sultan Baaneel was a Marid Lord responsible for the kidnapping of Keylin Ostver. As an NPC, he is played by Alex.

Description

Appearance

Like most Marid’s, Baaneel had a fish-like head and green scales for skin. The lower half of his body is made up of a torrent of water. His eyes are a flat grey-ish white, and he wears well-maintained clothing, mostly silks. He is adorned in several pieces of jewelry.

Biography

The Sultan was growing a small gem mining colony on the sea floor of the Inner Marvers, West of Amala Laguna, using slave labor. He and his Sahuagin militia - led by Baron Lxtrul - kidnapped Keylin Ostver while she was staying at Cape Rosa. The Party (C2) persued her on Archbishop Ilro’he’s ship, The Verrewege, with which they tracked the Baron’s wherabouts, where they killed him to free Keylin and return her to her father Wilmide.
